MORNING WORSHIP

Welcome and Announcements

Silent Prayer

Apostolic Greeting

Call to Worship

Psalm 113:1-4

1 Praise the Lord!
Praise, O servants of the Lord,
Praise the name of the Lord!
Blessed be the name of the Lord
From this time forth and forevermore!
From the rising of the sun to its going down
The Lord’s name is to be praised.
The Lord is high above all nations,
His glory above the heavens.

Hymn of Adoration #18 You Holy Angels Bright (Based on Ps. 148)

Prayer of Invocation

Confession of Faith

Westminster Shorter Catechism 5

Q: Are there more gods than one?

A: There is but one only, the living and true God.

Confession of Sin

Almighty, eternal God and Father, we confess that we were conceived and born in sin, and are therefore inclines to all evil and slow to do all good; that we break your holy commandments without ceasing, and continually corrupt ourselves. But are grieved over our sin, and plead your grace for help. Have mercy on us, most gracious God, through your Son our Lord Jesus Christ. Grant to us and increase in us your Holy Spirit, that we may recognize our sin fro the bottom of our hearts, attain true repentance and sorrow for them, die to them completely, and please you entirely by a new and godly life. Amen.

Assurance of Pardon 1 Timothy 1:15

15 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus
came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.

Thank you for your interest. The morning service starts at 9:30 and ends around 10:45 followed by Sunday School at 11 where we are studying “Pilgrim’s Progress.” Hope to see you!

  2. Deborah Jackson says:

Sounds wonderful. I’ve been attending Lakeview in Rockport, Maine, but have moved to Buxton. Pastor Tracy recommended your fellowship.

  3. Moses Jerome Bell says:

Thank you for having morning worship posted. My fiance and I moved to Maine 9 months ago, and we’ve had issues finding a proper church home. I’m grateful to find this available online.
